How do prints hold up over time?
Our prints are reactive-dyed (chemically bonded to the cotton fibres) — not transfer prints that peel. With proper care — cold wash inside-out, no bleach, shade dry — prints stay vivid through 50-60 wash cycles. The first 5-6 washes may release excess dye (normal for reactive printing), so wash separately from light-coloured items for the first 2-3 cycles. After that, the dye stabilises and you can include them in mixed-colour washes safely.
What sizes are available?
S through XXL, fitted to standard Indian sizing (waist 28-42 inches). Each product page shows the SIZE CHART with waist, hip, and inseam measurements. The cut is intentionally roomy — these are vacation-fit shorts, not athletic-fit — so order your usual waist size, don't size up. Can I wear co-ord shorts to the beach?
Yes for sand, pool decks, and outdoor restaurants. NOT designed as swimwear — the cotton/viscose fabrics absorb water and take time to dry, so don't wear them in the pool or ocean. For swimming, use dedicated quick-dry boardshorts. As a cover-up over swimwear after the swim, or for pool-deck lounging and beach-bar wear, co-ord shorts are ideal — they look intentional rather than improvised, and the drape suits the relaxed beach context.
How is the elastic waistband going to hold up?
Our waistbands use jacquard-woven elastic (the same construction as quality boxer shorts), which holds shape through 80-100 wash cycles before any noticeable stretch loss. The drawstring is a single woven cord (not a flat tape) that doesn't fray at the ends. If the waistband loses elasticity within the first 12 months of normal wear, that's a manufacturing fault and we'll replace free of charge — contact support with the order number and a photo of the waistband.
