How do I care for Basics cred?
For best results, machine-wash cold (max 30°C) with similar colours, tumble dry low or line dry, and iron on medium heat. Avoid bleach. Full care instructions are printed on every garment's care label and listed on the product page.
What is your return policy?
Easy 30-day returns on all purchases, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Returns are FREE — we cover the reverse-shipping cost. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — COD is available on orders up to ₹15,000 across most pin codes in India. UPI, credit cards, debit cards and net banking are also accepted. UPI / prepaid orders unlock additional discounts at checkout.
