Blue cotton-viscose shirts sit between two common choices: pure cotton (which can feel heavy in Indian summers) and synthetic blends (which trap moisture). This 55% cotton, 45% viscose mix trades the breathability advantage of 100% cotton for noticeably softer drape and less wrinkling after wash—viscose adds a subtle sheen without making fabric feel slippery. The weave sits at 140 GSM, light enough for April through September wear, dense enough to hold shape through multiple washes. Blue works across office settings, casual dinners, and weekend errands without looking formal or underdressed. The main tradeoff: viscose requires gentler washing than pure cotton, and will pull moisture faster in very humid conditions, so these perform best when you're not wearing them daily through peak monsoon. Fit normally—viscose shrinks minimally at recommended wash temperatures, but slight length loss (2–3%) occurs on first wash.
